There were 
97 family members that attended the event. Family members had 24-hour use of a large meeting hall. They were able to display family photos and memorabilia on individual family tables. Snacks, drinks and games for the younger kids were kept here and provided an excellent environment for everyone to catch up on each other.
The Saturday evening dinner generated the most interest. That evening set a new record for the most Beins in one room EVER. A count off escalated around the room prier to dinner time. In all 86 people counted off.
This reunion was planned for maximum free time. The family enjoyed such activities as catching up on the family, swimming, hot tubing, sun bathing and walks in the beautiful grounds of the Arbor Day Farm.
